Appointment Scheduling



All services at Sandstone Therapeutic Massage are scheduled by appointment only. Contact us anytime to discuss your needs with a certified practitioner and reserve your spot using Visa, MasterCard, or any major credit card.


Cancellation Policy


In the interests of our therapists who block time and show up for your appointment, please note that we uphold a strict 24-hour cancellation policy as follows:


  • CANCEL OUTSIDE 24 hours prior to your appointment time – NO CHARGE
  • CANCEL WITHIN 24 hours, on the day, or no show – FULL 100% CHARGE


MEMBERS ONLY ADVANTAGE


Members may use unused sessions to pay for the cancellation fee.


Arriving Late Policy


You will be provided treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.


Insurance


HSA & FSA Accepted. Super bills are available for obtaining receipts for insurance claims. Always check with your insurance provider to determine if massage is covered.


First Appointments


All first-time visits are required to have a credit card on file and place a deposit equal to the cancellation policy above, which will be used towards your final charge or, in the case of any late cancellations or no-show, will be used to cover that charge.


Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with your massage therapist regarding your condition. To save time, we will send you electronic forms to be completed and returned to us before your scheduled appointment time.

Preferred Massage Therapists


Please let us know if you would prefer a specific massage therapist that has been recommended to you or if you would prefer a male or female practitioner when you call to schedule an appointment.


Illness and Health Concerns


Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies, and/or other concerns you may have prior to your session or when making your booking. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, have been in close contact within the last 14 days with somebody with COVID, have been out of the country within the past 14 days, or are experiencing cold, fever, or flu symptoms. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.


We are on your side – Sandstone is always trying to find fairness and so we run a waitlist/turn away log and will always try our best to refill your appointment time so you will not be charged.
