All services at Sandstone Therapeutic Massage are scheduled by appointment only. Contact us anytime to discuss your needs with a certified practitioner and reserve your spot using Visa, Master Card or any major credit card.

In the interests of our therapists who block time and show up for your appointment, please note that we do uphold a strict 24hr cancellation policy as follows:

• CANCEL OUTSIDE 24hrs prior to your appointment time – NO CHARGE
• CANCEL WITHIN 24hrs, on the day or no show – FULL 100% CHARGE

• May use un-used sessions to pay for cancellation fee

You will be provided treatment for the remaining session time only, with no fee reduction. Due to tightly booked schedules, we are unable to extend appointments beyond the originally specified time.

HSA & FSA Accepted. Super bills are available obtaining receipts for insurance claims. Always check with your insurance provider to determine if massage is covered.

All first time visits are required to have a Credit Card on File and place a deposit equal to the cancellation policy above which will be used towards your final charge or in the case of any late cancellations or no show will be used to cover that charge.

Kindly arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to provide health information and consult with your massage therapist regarding your condition. To avoid time we will send you electronic forms to be completed and returned to us before your scheduled appointment time.

Please let us know if you would prefer a specific massage therapist that has been recommended to you or if you would prefer a male or female practitioner when you call to schedule an appointment.

Kindly let us know of any health conditions, allergies and/or other concerns you may have prior to your session or when making your booking. In an effort to provide a healthy environment, we respectfully request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, have been in close contact within the last 14 days with somebody with COVID or out of the country within the past 14 days and or experiencing cold, fever, or flu, etc. This is in consideration of your health as well as the well-being of other clients and staff.

We are on your side – Sandstone is always trying to find fairness and so we run a waitlist/turn away log and will always try our best to refill your appointment time so you will not be charged.
